Overview
Using our website and services
Meinstyn Solutions provides website development, mobile application development, SEO, digital marketing, UI/UX design, graphic design, video editing, and IT consulting services. Project scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed through written communication, proposal, quotation, invoice, or agreement before work begins.
If a separate signed agreement exists for a specific project, that agreement will take priority for that project where it differs from these general terms.
Project Scope
Work is delivered according to the agreed scope. Any new feature, extra page, third-party integration, or major design change may require revised pricing and timeline approval.
Client Inputs
Clients must provide required content, brand assets, login access, approvals, and feedback on time. Delays in inputs can affect delivery timelines.
Payments
Payment schedules are shared before work starts. Pending payments may pause delivery, handover, hosting changes, campaign execution, or final file release.
Revisions & Approvals
- Revisions are handled within the agreed scope and review rounds.
- Approved designs, content, or features moved back into revision may affect timeline and cost.
- Final approval confirms that the client has reviewed the visible output and requested corrections.
Ownership & Access
- Final project files are transferred after agreed payments are cleared.
- Third-party tools, plugins, licenses, hosting, domains, and paid APIs remain subject to their provider terms.
- Clients are responsible for keeping their own credentials and access details secure after handover.
