Digital Delivery Policy
Most of our deliverables are digital, so delivery happens through handover, access, files, and deployment.
This policy explains how Meinstyn Solutions delivers websites, applications, creative assets, SEO work, digital marketing services, reports, credentials, and project files.

Overview
No physical shipping for most services
Meinstyn Solutions primarily provides digital services such as website development, software work, mobile applications, SEO, digital marketing, design, video editing, and consulting. Unless specifically agreed in writing, there is no physical product shipping involved.
Delivery is considered digital and may happen through website deployment, shared links, email, cloud storage, admin access, source files, reports, documentation, or agreed communication channels.
Digital Handover
Completed work may be delivered through live deployment, staging links, downloadable files, project folders, admin credentials, documentation, or email confirmation.
Delivery Timeline
Timelines depend on the agreed scope, client inputs, approvals, payment schedule, technical dependencies, and third-party platform availability.
Access & Credentials
Access details are shared through appropriate communication channels after required approvals and payments are completed as per the project terms.
Typical Delivery Flow
Scope Confirmation
Deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and client responsibilities are confirmed before work begins.
Review & Approval
Work is shared for review through preview links, files, reports, or communication updates.
Final Handover
Final deployment, files, access, or reports are delivered after approved completion and cleared dues.
Delivery Conditions
- Client content, approvals, hosting access, domain access, and third-party accounts must be provided on time.
- Pending payments, missing inputs, unresolved feedback, or unavailable third-party services may delay delivery.
- Delivery method may vary based on project type, security needs, file size, platform, and written agreement.
- Physical shipment, printed material, hardware, or courier delivery is not included unless clearly mentioned in the quotation or agreement.
Completion & Acceptance
Final delivery is based on approved scope
Once the agreed deliverables are shared, deployed, or handed over, clients should review them within the agreed review period and raise any scope-related corrections. Requests outside the approved scope may be treated as additional work.
For ongoing services such as SEO, digital marketing, maintenance, or consulting, delivery may happen through scheduled reports, campaign updates, task completion records, meetings, or periodic communication.
Confirm the handover method before your project starts.
